What does an infrared sauna do?
Unlike a normal sauna which exposes your body to unpleasantly warm temperatures, the beauty of the infrared sauna is that it is able to use infrared lights to directly warm your body, rather than using conventional heat to simply warm the air around you. What does this mean for you? A more comfortable recovery experience after a rigorous work out where the heat is mostly directed on to you and less on the air, providing the health benefits of a sauna without that "difficult to breathe" feeling in such a harsh environment.
