Our intricate 20 heavy bag ring set up creates the perfect atmosphere for the ultimate workout. Everyone performs at their own level with their own heavy bag. Our strength classes will focus on specific muscle groups of the body. It will focus on functional movements, weighted exercises, olympic lifts using different styles of training. All exercises are modifiable. Learn how to organize your workouts as well as perfect your form. Coaches will make sure you are setting goals and crushing them!
