This class will teach how important team work is to create a positive and progressive atmosphere. So no matter what level you are you will enjoy a fun and intense class.

Kickboxing 101

Come explore the intense workout world of kickboxing. Learn how to throw all different kinds of strikes mainly using heavy bags. Our intricate 20 heavy bag ring set up creates the perfect atmosphere for the ultimate workout. Everyone performs at their own level with their own heavy bag. Burn calories, with a focus on that mid-section, and have fun doing it.

Kickboxing Cardio

Let's pump up the volume with high energy shadow boxing. No gloves, no bags, no contact. Challenge that heart with fast pace cardio tied with booming music. Get technical with mixed martial art strikes that will help you develop your necessary skill set to advance. Build coordination, rhythm, and confidence.

Power Boxing

Wrap your hands, strap your gloves on and choose your heavy bag. Unique interval training driven by tempo, rhythm, and technique to help you develop powerful, accurate and formfit striking. Strength and Conditioning go hand in hand in this stress relieving workout.

Body Assault

Body Assault is a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weightlifting, and functionality. Get ready to use old school training along with new kickbutt circuits using tires, sleds, kettle bells, olympic bars and much more. The intensity will be as high as you make it. Build, sweat, grind, transform.

Spartan Fit

Take your strength a notch higher and join Spartan Fit. This class will focus on building lean muscle and muscular stamina using explosive weightlifting. Our creative methods will insure the settings of new personal goals week to week. Team work is essential to become "Spartan Fit" by spotting and motivating your teammates during power lifts.

This class entails countless body weight exercises, functional movements, stability/core conditioning techniques, to have you feeling stronger and more versatile than ever! This is a great metabolic kickstart to help shred your body while adhering to those stubborn problem areas!
