“I’ve been an athlete most of my life and have been training for 8 years with people of all different backgrounds and ability levels working towards all sorts of goals.
My goals and perspectives on exercise and health have shifted as my life has shifted, as well. Since going through two pregnancies and having two babies in the last 3 years proper exercise and nutrition have become more important than ever for my physical and mental health, and for the demands of everyday life.
I have since specialized in pre and postnatal exercise as well as strength/conditioning and kickboxing. I hope to help anyone and everyone realize the importance, both physically and mentally, of proper exercise and nutrition during all seasons of life!”
