"I joined my first gym when I was 19 and for similar reasons to most- I wasn’t happy with what I saw in the mirror and I wanted to overall be healthier. I’ve gained so much confidence and self-love by weightlifting and it makes me feel powerful seeing what my body is capable of doing. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients improve inside and out during their fitness journey, and offer the guidance and empathy to do so."
