"I have been active with sports pretty much my whole life but really started to train and go to the gym regularly a few years ago when I began my job as an Emergency Medical Technician. Being in a stressful work environment I felt I needed a healthy outlet and working out and training has been that for me. My goal as a trainer is to provide a positive environment and offer a healthy outlet for my clients. I want to help my clients reach their goals and achieve their full potential. Let’s get started!"
