I love Knockout Fitness! I was looking for a new fitness routine after hitting a plateau with working out at home. I was looking for a place that offered a mix of classes and was impressed by the schedule that Knockout had. I have been a member for almost a year and go to multiple classes every week and do personal training. I love the environment and all the coaches!
I’ve joined three gyms before i came to knockout fitness. I never felt comfortable so I didn’t last. Here at knockout fitness the coaches make you wanna keep coming. The staff at knockout fitness are patient,respectful and kind with everyone. I met Melanie she became my coach (pt) big shoutout to her for helping me and being patient with me. Also shoutout to Anthony great boxing coach…. Highly recommend joining!! Coaches are very knowledgeable!
Started my journey with Knockout October 2022 and it was the best decision ever . My curiosity around kickboxing grew and I eventually transitioned to strength based group classes and then personal training sessions . The environment is great and the trainers are super knowledgeable and passionate about the work that they do ! Not to mention the community and friendships I’ve built along the way ! Love this gym 🫶🏾
